Refunds may be approved only in the following circumstances: the purchased consultation or course is cancelled by Veridian House, technical failure or service interruption prevents access to paid content and duplicate payment or transaction error verified by our billing system.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method in accordance with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
Refunds are not available for completed consultations, delivered digital downloads, or attended workshops. Please note that once a refund is processed, it may take up to forty-five (45) days, or within a reasonable period, for the amount to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the issuing bank or card provider.
Customers may also cancel or reschedule services under the following conditions:
o One-to-One Consultations: Full refund if canceled or rescheduled at least seven (7) days before the scheduled session. Cancellations received less than seven (7) days in advance or “no-show” absences forfeit the fee.
o Workshops / Events: Full refund if canceled thirty (30) days or more before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 30 days or failure to attend are non-refundable.
o General Orders and Digital Products: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase; refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially.
o Print-on-Demand (Custom Products): All books produced through print-on-demand partners are custom-made for each order and are non-returnable unless defective or misprinted. Defects or damage must be reported within five (5) to seven (7) days of delivery, with supporting evidence (such as photographs) submitted to info@veridian-house.com for review. Verified defective or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
o Refunds are not available for completed consultations, attended workshops, delivered digital downloads, or printed and shipped products. All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@veridian-house.com. Requests received after the above periods may not be eligible for review.
